First Class Service

First class customer service is our aim at all times. We offer a ‘Business Class Service’ that is of a far higher standard than any other taxi or private hire company in the Windsor area. Some 70% of our work is company orientated and, we are very experienced at dealing with management level staff and company visitors.

Airport Meet and Greet Service

We provide an airport meeting service - checking on confirmed arrival times and dispatching cars accordingly to minimise waiting time. Drivers park up and meet customers with a 5 Star name board and assist with baggage.

We can have a car at Heathrow within 15 minutes and regular customers may arrange to be met at our pick-up points outside the terminals - thereby avoiding waiting and car park charges. We are also able to  provide airport pick-ups for client’s visitors on a cash basis, with the visitor paying the driver. Even with waiting and car park charges our service is far cheaper than the black airport taxis. Importantly meet and greet provides the personal touch for first time or infrequent visitors to your company.

London Service

A complete evening service can be provided for your company when you are entertaining clients. We will collect staff and client from homes or hotels for their journeys to London theatres, clubs and restaurants. Your driver can either stay in London to assist you or simply return at an arranged time and location for the return journey.

Documents & Parcels Service

We also provide express collection/delivery of urgent documents and parcels, for which we use the same vehicles. Your company will always be represented by a smart driver and car. Your package will arrive in the same condition as it left your office.

Account Facilities

To open a credit account with 5 Star simply send us a letter requesting an account and including details of your bankers as well as a list of persons authorised to order cars.

Our credit terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice. We operate a docket system where the passenger signs for the journey and also initials for any waiting time incurred or for any use of a car phone. Office copies of the dockets are enclosed with your invoice.
